Can anyone ID this cocktail cabinet

Is this a conversion?  My guess is that it was a home build back in like '85. I have never seen this. 

I'm not sure if I love it or hate it.

Hehe totally reminds me of the Oak cabinetry of the house I grew up in during the 80s!

Seems like there were a few renegade OG BYOAC guys back then...  ;D
