Oscar Vortex shaft measurement

Anyone with an Oscar Vortex spinner and some calipers - can you do me a small favour please ? Can you measure the shaft width for me ? I need an accurate measurement and my shaking hand holding a tape measure while squinting method doesn't quite give me the accuracy I need.

I believe all of Oscar's spinners had a 1/4" shaft.
