Mame controller interface

Is there an interface like Ipac that will let you hook up both the controls and the trackball through the same part?  I'm trying to be as thrifty as possible with my budget in building my Mame cabinet.

I think the Opti-Pac by Ultimarc will do that.

You could also consider the spinners and trackballs that hook directly to the computer via usb or ps/2
