What specs are you looking for in a PC?

Well I know how to build computers no problem, parts from newegg.com but I figure if anyone was local or had something cheap I could save some bucks.  I'd really go for a modern PC with 1gig RAM, 250+gig HD, and a pretty modern CPU with a mobo that supports PCIe.

Don't care to much about the burner or case, any cheap but working examples will do.  Also, don't need an OS.
