Hi guys I need help. I just build a circuit board for arcade and pc monitor and make mouse go crazy on the monitor. how can make it work? Here list of parts I news

1 74LS86 Quad 2-inp
5 2K2 OHM 0.4W
3 .47 OHM 1W
2 22uF 16v low leak
2 BC547

Lots of people have tried this.... I've tried it... Andy at Ultimarc has tried it and several others. All of us have had very poor results and abandoned the project.

I wish you the best of luck, but I think the chances that you will get this to work reliably are very low.
