Nobody's selling restrictor plates anymore, but a Happ Reunion base doesn't cost much, and will accept you Super handle.  Get it from Ponyboy or Divemaster.

Thanks Kremmit.  The question was in fact for a friend of mine looking for a restrictor plate.

I told him that I could find a that plate in a snap, but after looking for it on the net for a while, I realized that wasn't so easy...

I'll tell him to get a dedicated 4-way joystick like you suggested...
