snes Color code (nintendo original)

Doe's anyone know exactly what color of wire in an Snes pad goe's to what pin(s) ?.

i have a non Nintendo pad, but i do not think they are using the same color codes for theirs that Nintendo is/was using for thiers.    

Any help in this would be greatly apperciated thank you in advance to all who respond to this message.
