WTB: Very Large size CRT Monitor in or around Kentucky
« on: May 30, 2007, 09:00:45 pm »
I'm looking to buy a CRT monitor that is at least 25 inches in screen size.  Something like a big Mitsubishi Megaview monitor, NEC XM series, or Sony PVM Trinitron series.  15khz resolution capability would be nice but not required.

Specifically I'm looking for these, in order of priority:

Mitsubishi XC3730C
Mitsubishi XC2930C
Mitsubishi XC3725C
Mitsubishi XC3715
NEC XM 3750A
NEC XM 2950A

or others like them.

I can't pay for shipping, and I've heard these monitors can be fragile so probably wouldn't want to anyway.  But I will come and pick up anything that is within 6 hours or so of Lexington or Liberty, KY.

Additionally, I have a broken Toshiba 36A60.  It is up for buy or trade.  There is a power supply issue, I have been told it has something to do with something called the H.O.T.

I live in Kentucky and I recently bought a Sony pvm-2530 for $250. I know that is a little pricey but not when you consider that I was able to not only see the monitor in operation but also buy it and put it in the trunk of my car. I might consider selling it but high priced or not I would have to have what I got in it. Also the place I bought mine might be able to get some more.
