21" Trinitron deal for Toronto, ON residents
« on: April 18, 2003, 10:16:08 am »
Hi,

I just purchased a 21" Compaq P110 Monitors for $218 CDN ($136USD for our curious US friends) each from Canada Computers in Markham (http://www.canadacomputers.com/monitors.html bottom of page). These are used/referbished units that are in great shape, work great and use the Sony Trinitron tubes. The screen is vertically flat with a slight horizontal curve. They had three left yesterday (Thrusday, April 18, 2003). I couldn't pass up what I figured was a good deal.

I'll be using the monitor my in the MAME cabinet that I'm designing and eventually building. I'm in the "make it look like it should have looked" camp so this will be perfect for me. The convience of just plugging in the monitor to the computer was a big plus for me.

If you have the same monitor sensibilities as I have and live in the Toronto area you may want to check this deal out.

Cheers,
Civilan.
