WHOA!!! The shipping company jacked the cab up and they
won't don't want to ship it back. If it was me, and it isn't, I would instantly call them up on whatever number and ask the first person who answers the phone to speak to the manager at once. I'd tell them that since they broke it they either ship it back to you to get it fixed and ship it back to the customer, or you'll bill them for the whole damn unit.

Ok, now that I've gone over the top and acted like a jackass, I'd still contact the moving company and tell them it's not your fault that they broke it, but they need to pay someone to fix it.
