Flip mouse travel in windows/or with hardware?
« on: May 20, 2007, 01:47:10 am »
I am using a serial trackball designed for use in a PC in my cabinet's control panel and the only way it fits where I want it is if I flip the board around 180 degrees.  This means that my X and Y travel with be mirror images of what I want them to be.  I am fairly sure that in MAME I can assign the X and Y values so that it doesn't matter, but I would like to be able to use the trackball in WindowsXP when I am doing admin stuff on the cabinet.  Does anybody know of some software that will flip my mouse travel in Windows?  If serial mice have a standard pinout I may also be able to just change it in the wiring, I am sure I could hack the board the trackball is on, but I'd rather not go that far into it, I am already out a whole $1.00 for this trackball and putting any effort into it will just make me feel like I got robbed  ;D.

Any help would rock. Thanks.
