Hello,
I have a question a computer :
HP A1630N AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
This computer is available online at bestbuy at 529.99:
http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0926INGFS10087070&catid=20217&logon=&langid=EN
The description says that the processor used is :
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+
and that the speed is:
2.2GHz Processor Speed.
On the AMD webpage, AMD X2 4600+ is spec at 2.4GHz.
http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ProductInformation/0,,30_118_9485_13041%5E13076,00.html
Is the processor 2.2 or 2.4 GHz?
I'm asking the question because I need a computer for my uroMAMEstyx question and the AMD 2.4Ghz seems to gives similar performances to a P4 3.2 GHz. Also, I have a bunch of bestbuy/futureshop gift cards. An finally, I also get an addiional 20% off on that item (I get the gift cards at 20% rebate... Some promotion with my credit card...). This is why I try to get the PC from bestbuy.ca or futureshop.ca

I always have a project in mind...
uroMAMEstyx project (done)
uroJUKEstyx project (in progress)
