anyone know where I can get 10-20 of these for a good price?

I'm guessing you want the PDIP package?  How about $1.68?  Mouser is a pretty good place to get your small electronic parts.  Even if the price on something is a little high, they make up for it with better shipping options.  I'm only a few miles away so I ship via USPS and get it next day.

EDIT:  Forgot to mention that if you buy 25 they're only 90 cents.
