I went and picked mine up in person, thus saving on shipping, and ensuring that I was going to get a good one.
The building was unmarked, so I was glad that I had written down the exact address.
I went into the warehouse. and they had two or 3 skids of these bad boys. Everyone that I saw had at least one tiny scratch in the screen. But a few of them were terrible. I picked one with only a teensy scratch, and they plugged it up for me. Came up just fine.
Be sure and ask for a monitor cable. These things didn't come with one, but they gave me the one from their test station when I asked for one (and thus saving me from paying $20 for a female to female monitor cable).
I got the beast home, and of course it didn't fit in my cabinet (which originally had a 13" monitor). With some slight modifications I got it to fit. It would have fit fine if I had taken it out of the case, but I wanted to leave it in there, so it would be hard to damage.
The picture on mine is absolutely awesome. It makes my 19" NEC Multisync 90 look like a $99 special.
This monitor does not properly match up with a standard 19" molded plastic bezel, so don't bother ordering one for it (doesn't match the curve of the glass, and it is too small).
