250GB 7200RPM SATA HDD
16xDVD-R/W Drive

nVidia GeForce 7900GS PCI-E card with 256MB GDDR3
Windows XP Media Centre 2005 w/ restore disks
17" 4:3 Acer LCD Monitor

$400-$500 maybe is my guess.  Check ebay.

I would hope its more than that. I paid over $800 for everything within the last 6 months.

Good luck.  A similarly equipped pre-fab boxed HP/DELL/etc can be had new for under $500 now a days.

Not that I advocate pre-built garbage....but that's what Joe Sixpack looks at.

I've seen several Dell deals similar with a 19" monitor for $500-$600.
6 months is a long time in pc equipment.

Here's a point of reference:  http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=us&cs=04&kc=6W300&l=en&oc=bddwbbi&s=bsd

Granted, you have a couple upgrade items (GPU, larger HD and a DVD burner I noticed right away) in yours but this one comes with a 20" LCD and is brand new.

The key to success is to push the video card as it is better than most $500-$600 computers out there...but DON'T push that cheezy 17" monitor...that is so...2001-2002.

I just checked out Frys.com and they have a similar computer to yours,  brand new,  but with a 4000+ Dual Core AMD64,  for $459.00 after rebates...but with a cheezy ass Nvidia 6100 graphics card.

I'd try to price it at $700/obo and see what you pull.  Don't expect much at that price point,  if you get nothing or no offers or anything,   then drop to $650/obo...and keep doing so until it sells. I bet you could probably pull $550-$650 on craigslist.

unfortunately computer depreciate so fast it is almost if not worse then new cars, but i would suggest, perhaps piecing it out.  you may be able to get a couple more $$ out of it sold individual components
