Stella is what I use for 2600. A bit difficult to navigate...but works well.
I use the same SNES as Loki.

Third the ZSNES. It can't be beat. Common opinion is it's the best, followed closely by snes9x.

Stella, Snes9x, WinVICE - like the others have stated they really are the choices. I go with Snes9x of Zsnes, simply because Ive used it since the beta.

2600 - Z26
C64 - Winvice
SNES - ZSNES
NES - FCE Ultra
That's what I got, and of course throw in Daphne for Laserdisc games.
If anyone knows of a good emulator for Atari 400/800 computers that works with Mamewah, please let me know.
Thanks!

What about MESS.
It think it handles all the systems mentioned.

(not the easiest to configure but worth it IMHO)

I believe I use the following:
2600 - Stella (switch from Z26 ... but do not remember why)
C64 - Winvice
SNES - ZSNES
NES - FCE Ultra
