I will be posting this information in the Arcade Misc thread as well, in case someone is looking for these.  I've read many posts where people have asked where to find this stuff, and after searching the threads myself, and not finding any answers, I found it myself.  I decided to post the info for the next person searching the threads.  I am not affiliated with the site.

While restoring my Twin Battlezones, I found that, despite having a big box labeled "Battlezone handles", it turns out that I had only one good rubber grommet for four handles.  I've seen quite a few remarks on how hard it is to find these things, but after a lot of searching using various terms for joystick and grommet and Battlezone, I finally found them!

Tom at Wizzesworkshop has a small list of parts, but some may be hard to find elsewhere.  You will find them in his catalog on his site.

Under his Game Replacement parts he lists:

Joystick centering bellow for BZ, RB, & FF:  $11.00
Joystick centering spider for Sinistar, Archrivals, etc.  $11.00
Battlezone color films:  $15.00
Asteroids Deluxe color films:  $15.00
