Fighter Panel Help!
« on: April 11, 2003, 03:37:59 pm »
Hey All,

I was wondering if anyone had the schematics/measurements for a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat styled control panel?

I am interested in building a fighter panel for my mame project. thanks.

did you look around?
Are you looking for something like this..?

This works great for SF setup.Except you want 6 buttons each side.

If you have visio I have a template that you could fool around with.

Snaaakkkeeeee! Thanks Alot!

Thats really good!

Thats the perfect layout for me! The one thing i plan on changing though is the 20cm inbetween both players... isnt that a tad short?

the download section here on byoac has the stencils you need...

Although not preconfigured for SFII all the tools are there (joystick stencil, tball, buttons, buttons in a 6 SFII style grouping.... etc

Welcome !  ;D
The 20cm thing really depends how big your joystick is.
Just start working on your panel and things will work out.

it's not the size of the joystick ... its how vigorous the motion is...

Hmmn.  Send me an email @ bassofeesh@attbi.com & I'll send off the visio template.

That's assuming I can find the CD I burned it to. (my PC crashed this weekend :( )
