B+ Voltage Pot

On the Sanyo 20EZ I have been having trouble with,  when I TOUCH the b+ voltage pot,  it causes the screen to go strange...flashing...size changes...focus changes?   I assume I should re-flow the solder for this component?

God how I hate removing this pain in the ass of a chassis...

ARGH!
