WTB-Coin reject-Edited-problem solved
« on: March 10, 2007, 10:25:44 pm »
READ HERE: OK. I just contacted a person who can get this for me. However, he needs the parts piece. Can anyone, from the pic, please post a parts number, name, anything? All I know is that the mechs say 'coin control'.  Here is also a pic of the actual coin door.It is from a centipede cocktail cab.  MUCH appreciation sent.

I just bought an old coin controls coin door from a centipede cocktail. I have just finished re-wiring it and cleaning it up and all is well. However, I just noticed one of the coin reject buttons is missing the top tab (that holds the insert in place). I have looked around at byoac vendors and online and either they don't sell this button or it costs 15 bucks for the pair shipped. I just need this one piece.

Attached is a pic of the coin reject button from the front view. This is the one that has all the components. The other pic is the piece I need for the other button.

If anyone has it, please pm me. I can throw you 5 bucks for it. I just don't want to spend 15+ dollars on something that I know someone must have out there.

Thanks in advance.

no, happ doesn't sell this coin button-i've already talked to divemaster.

as far as your question--you can buy any light/socket and affix it to a door. happ does carry those (sockets, leds, etc). contact either divemaster or ponyboy if you're interested and they'll hook you up.

there are also a number of other byoac vendors that sell coin door lights--just check on the vendor list on the bst forum.

good to know i'm not the only one...did you end up going w/ bob? i contacted him via email and he said i'd have to buy a new bezel and buttons for 20 bucks, so it's a no go for me.

but someone has to have this. i refuse to believe this piece is as elusive as it seems! i will not take no for an answer!! ;D

please?
