"HOLY CRAP" I have been building a cocktail for about six months and it looks just like that one but with an all glass top.
I have never even seen that style before. I thought I came up with it. (slightly angled t-shirt with curved top samwiching the CPs. I dint remember seeing it in any of the examples pages.

It could be a Moon Patrol too?
Definately a Williams though.
I built a copy of one and it has a multi Williams layout.
Keep an eye on that auction.
You could sell the boardset for quite a bit.

They are a really nice style cabinet.
I like how the control panels are full size
And the screen is horizontal too.
It fits a 20" Arcade screen in there snuggly but for a 19" PC monitor you would need to make adjustments to sizes so be wary of that. You could use a 20" TV though.
I got the plans from
www.jakobud.com
It is a Robotron Cocktail. Kinda.
Good luck!
