I believe Arcadeshop is an authorized re-seller of the RAM controls repro.  QuarterArcade sells them t0o, and maybe others.  And of course, you can get them directly from RAM.

Nope, I hadn't even looked at the price.  Incidentally, it's five bucks cheaper at arcadeshop.
