Will this type of controller work in Mame?  If so, can it be interfaced with a PC?  If so, how easy would it be  :-\ ?

Not directly.  You would have to go with one of the analog hacks or replace the pots on it.

I've also looked at it...  but only really wanted one of the thrusters.  So let me know if you get it.  I might be able to take one of the two thrusters off you.
