I did a search, and couldn't find any other topics about this.

Very cool job.
Anyone know the guy that did it?

Been a fan of Dr. Who since the early 80's, big fan of woodworking, big fan of mame...
HOWEVER, some things just shouldn't be combined  ;D

As much as I want one, I plan on building a Tardis sidetable instead.

Wow.  Was thinking of that for a theme.  Glad I didn't attempt it.  Amazing work!     :notworthy:

An insanely strange concept.

The build quality and documentation of it are quite nice. The only thing that surprised me is that he didn't cover the bottom of the control panel. It looks very unfinished when folded up and visible.

It also serves as an example on my post about using Plexiglas for the control panel.
Brevity is not my strong suit.

This gives me an idea of what to do with them diaper changing stations I see in more and more mens rooms these days.

Might give them some pratical purpose because I never see them getting used otherwise.   ;D

This is one of those blending of interest projects that just doesn't make sense to me. It's way too well realized for the Crapmame page, but that is what immediately crosses my mind because Dr. Who and arcade machines have nothing to do with one another.

The amount of work and originality (even if you dont like Dr Who)  is deserving of a mamey.

i mean really, this bloke wanted a mame console, and spent a hell of a lot of time building the cab. The fact that you can walk into the cab has gotto count for something.

Its a pity my saw bench cant make cool stuff or I would order up a dalek mame cab
If it ain't broke give it to me...i'll soon fix that

Let me know when you get the CP designed.  I'd like to test it.

Since the Doctor has been getting alot more screen time lately I thought I would bump this old classic.
