TT2 spinner help.
« on: March 04, 2007, 06:42:14 am »
Tried contacting Randy via his website earlier in the week but not had a reply yet so I will throw this open for help.

My TT2 spinner seems to have packed in already. The optiwiz appears to be working fine though as it detects in windows on my laptop, mame cab and PC without any problems, but regardless of which of the power or axis connections I plug the spinner into there is no movement at all...
I am not sure what has gone wrong with it as its barely been used more than an hour or so when I was doing some test fittings. Now that I have finished up my cabinet and installed it fully it no longer works.
Any ideas on how I could get to the bottom of what is up with it? Anyone else had any problems? Mine was one of the first out the door AFAIK as I got the instructions via an email PDF.

The first thing I received about this came in last night.  If you sent me something before that, it never arrived.

I'll be contacting you today for some troubleshooting.
