Launching PC game from Mala
« on: March 03, 2007, 10:49:17 pm »
How exactly do I create a game list in Mala for PC games?  It seems like you can only add a game to a gamelist if it's part of some .dat file, but I just want to add MyGame.exe.

Also when Mala launches the PC game, will Mala be the foreground application when the game quits?

I'm trying to add Heavy Weapon -- a great arcade game from PopCap games that works really well on a cabinet with a trackball.

Thanks,
Jason

You sure can.  ;)

You set up a folder full of shortcuts (*.lks)  to your PC games

Have a look here:

Launching PC games easily is one of the reasons I even looked at with Mala in the first place...

Swindus gets an A+ for awesome (and easy) versatility!
