WTB: Test switch/bracket

Hi all,
Since this is the place where many folks gut crappy cabinets to MAME them out, does anyone have a test switch bracket w/ momentary switches so I don't have to build my own?
I need at least 3 buttons, 4 would be better, and the absolute best would be if someone has an old midway test switch assy(see pic) :)
