Happ Trackball "Red Board"
« on: April 07, 2003, 03:49:06 pm »
My apologies if this has already been covered. I searched, and surprisingly, I couldn't find any info...

Happ Controls (www.happcontrols.com) is listing a replacement circuit board for thier trackballs and spinners.  Regarding the board, they state:
"This new 'Red Board' CB has improved circuitry to guarantee an optimized performance signal both at low and high rpm speeds"

Hopefully, this corrects the problems with thier old equipment (namely, if you spin the trackball or spinner too quickly, the computer can't seem to read it correctly).

Does anyone have experience with this part?  Does it actually work better than the old "green board"s?

I'm using a Haggstrom KE-72-T keyboard encoder/trackball interface.   Pictures of my cabinet can be found at my old(abandoned) website ( http://patriot.net/~scott?cabinet )

Thanks In Advance,
Scott

My apologies, I mistyped the link to my website.

It should have read:
