Rec/Game rooms
« on: February 25, 2007, 05:01:17 pm »
Looking at ongoing projects is pretty cool, but how about some pics of your rec/game rooms where your projects are going?
Post some pics of your rec room.
Here are some pics of mine as it is now.
I have another 15 feet behind the wall on the other side (where the mirrors are now) of the pool table.
I am going to take part of that wall out and build a bar in that area.
I already have a complete bar back and 12 ft bar to put in, along with all the equip (ice mach, bar gun, coolers, ect).

The last pic is the outside of my rec room building.
It was an antique shop that the previous owners had.

that looks great. i'm a little jealous that you have a 'rec room building.' i'm in an apt. in nyc and any space devoted to arcades that's larger than 4x4 makes me salivate...

That's so cool that you have your own building!

We demand a neon sign on the outside reading, "THE MARKADE"

I picked up some stuff a few months ago from a guy that had the whole back half of a warehouse as his gameroom (probably 50'x60'). He had about 25 games, 9 or 10 pins, a pool table, and a 4 player skeeball machine. I was very jealous.

Whoops. Forgot to mention that I am also jealous of you.

I don't even have a dedicated game room yet, much less a separate building.
