Mala - Mame 32 & ROMS

I have tried searching, but I am not sure how to word this.  I am having problem with ROMS.  I have about 300 Roms that work in Mame32.  I enjoy using it but I wanted to be able to use other emulators as well.  I have tested about 6 different emulators and I absolutely love Mala.  Kudos to who ever came up with that, it is very easy to set up and works great.  The problem I am having is that the game list shows a lot more games than what I really have ROMS for and the games I know work in Mame32 I can't get them to play in Mala. I have tried different list configurations but its not working correctly.  Can anyone advise me on how to fix this problem?  I think there is some kind of tool that will verify and fix Roms is that true?

I thought Mala only worked with Command Line Mame, not Mame32?
