Sega Naomi Control Panel

I'm trying to find a Sega Naomi metal control panel.  I have one with a virtua tennis layout but need more buttons.

I've been searching for a way to make my own but can't find a reasonable way to do it.

Does anyone know of somewhere I could have one cut out of sheet metal for a reasonable price?
