Man I cant believe how sore I am today.  Baseball really took it out on me.  you know your out of shape when swinging a 1/2 pound remote around makes you sore.  Love the system and Zelda rocks.

It's not the weight of the remote... if you did all of that high torque motion with an empty hand, you'd still be sore.

That's like suing a tennis racket company for causing repetitive stress injury.  Sounds like he needs to exercise more.   ;)

It was the same for me.  I've had a couple really sore days, and I'm not that out of shape.  One time while I was doing the power bowling, where you bowl at up to 91 pins at a time, I actually injured my shoulder a little bit.  Pulled a muscle or something.  For the next couple weeks if I even played lightly it would aggravate it.  That system is dangerous!

All I can say is "Welcome to the club my brother!"

Told my wife earlier tonight my shoulder was sore from Wii Sports...she thought I meant I had a little injury from having participated.

My wife was playing Wii sports for an extended amount of time yesterday after she made fun of me for being sore and shes hurting this morning.   I bowled a 188 which isnt bad I guess I havent got to pro ranking yet,  I think Ive bowled like 8 games.  Its all about Zelda tonight though.
