Hori Real Arcade Pro 2 with Sanwa Buttons. Sanwa joystick also has an Octagonal Gate. I will include the original Square Gate if you want it. rarely used.

I've seen a tutoral online somewhere about installing a Seimitsu Stick. Check over at the SRK forums. Sorry I don't have a Seimitsu Stick.
