MALA and Mame32 - can't quit a game with xarcade controls

Well.... good news! Just got it all running! Games run, MALA doing great ... but 1 problem . I cannot exit a game without using the esc key opn the keyboard, which won't be very goo once the keyboard is secured inside the cab. Any suggestions?

I am not familar with that control.. But

You can allocate any key to quit a game in mame/mame32
