Good juke starting point?

I saw this on ebay.  It isn't mine.  I'm not in a position to pull the trigger right now, but thought I would point this out for someone who might be. 

My thoughts would be to use this at the starting point for a wall mount, building a speaker panel to fit in the cutout at the bottom.  17" LCD Touch should be plenty of screen space.

And maybe I'm missing something obvious and this is either too much $ or just not right for this sort of project.  If that is true, sorry for misleading anyone.

looks like a great price for a 17" touch screen, and as you said a great start to a cool project.
