Monitor Size - PC vs Arcade Monitor

OK...I have a 13" Electrohome monitor frame.   I would like to use it with a PC monitor.  Is it a 14" or 15" PC monitor that is actually the size of a 13" Arcade monitor and do you know if it is the exact size or am I going to have to do some tweaking to get the tube to mount correctly?

I answered my own question...a 15" PC monitor is about the same size as a 13" arcade monitor...it's about 2/5" larger it seems...at least the mounting holes are ...so I am working on a hack to get it installed.
