How is an upright Pac Man Monitor Mounted?

I checked for the parts needed on mikesarcade and there are two parts that connect together to hold the monitor.  Could someone please post pics of how they all go together.  Thanks.
Back in MY day we lived on the moon and we had to build a rocket ship from scratch to get to the Earth before we suffocated.

There are two U-channel crossmembers that bolt to the top and bottom of the monitor chassis:

The whole assembly then will slide into the cabinet, and attach to the cab's wooden rails with four small carriage bolts.

Let me know if you need these parts, as I no longer have a use for them.
