What's a fair price to pay for Atari cone buttons?

I haven't seen these on eBay too often but I'm wondering what's a fair price to pay for the Atari cone buttons.

The going (eBay) rate seems to be around $30 a pair for working buttons w/ the cones included.  I've seem them go for more or less, but I'd say $30 seems pretty average.

You may want to drop a note on rec.games.video.arcade.marketplace/collecting if you want a pair and see if anyone has some.  Sometimes you can swing a better deal there than on eBay.

Look on ebay for complete old panels that use these

I got an Omega Race complete for about 40$- 4 lighted cone buttons, 2 leaf buttons, and a spinner(true it was old style pot spinner but the knob, bearing and mounting parts were useful)

May need to do some digging on KLOV to find some panels that use em

Someone listed some with an uncommon search term (and other stuff) last week. I bid to watch, then was going to snipe for $10 but forgot to look til 20 minutes after it was done.  A pair of them WITH CONES (and 2 entire leaf switch/button/holder) assemblies went for only:

$2.54   + $4 shipping ...      :'(  :'(  :'(   :'(   :'(   :'(

WAAAAAHHHH!

That's a real bummer MameFan. I feel your pain. I've had my fair share of missed opportunities as well.  :'(

Ahh, you have to love little gems like that when you run across them.  I won a complete Tron spinner on eBay once for $9.99 because it was listed as "Unknown Joystick".  That's what the entire description said, too.  Just those two words and picture of it...  It would have easily went for more if the seller knew what they were selling.   :)

Nice... the problem is that the seller will likely back out of that auction.  I had a seller cancel my bid because he didn't think it was high enough, AND THAT WAS HIS EXPLANATION!!! LOL.

Actual Explanation:
Explanation:im sorry i can not take under 10$ for this joy stick

Okay, I'm off to look at the pictures of every auction to see if I can find a mislabeld Tron Spinner...
