Wii improves your health?
« on: December 12, 2006, 09:36:42 pm »
Last week I decided to try an experiment.   I started by  weighing myself, then over the course of the last week, have tried to put in no less than 3-4 good workouts with Wii sports (including the fitness test), that being several boxing opponents, a round or two of bowling and golf thrown in at different times for good measure.

In the span of one week, I lost two pounds! Not to mention the benefits of exercise you get from trying to knock the little boxer Miis out!  I'm in  the 600s in experience, and those guys are getting tough!

So the doctor tells me I should lose weight - and I can do it playing video games?  ALLLLLLLLLLLLL RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!

;D  :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:  :applaud:

I hate to break it to you, but two pounds is well within a person's ability to fluctuate on a daily basis.

The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning. Tracking it on a daily basis will get you an average. That average is probably what you want to see.

Yeah, but I still feel better with the Wii little bit of weight left on than I would have losing it all to Sony.....
