Service manual and parts are available from www.victoryglass.com

You want manual # 60-1134 (R-298) which is a whopping 236 pages for just $45.

Also, this site has some good info on Seeburgs:

http://home.pacbell.net/fmillera

This site is run by Tony Miller, a former Seeburg Employee who was involved in Jukebox Designs

There is excellent info, pictures, troubleshooting info, and books for sale on working on the mechanisms inside Seeburg Jukeboxes
