Yeah, I did all four sides the full length of the screen. Probably a bit overkill, but hey it works. The strips are 1" wide and 10ft in length, and I have about 3ft left over.
http://www.velcro.com/consumer/products_um.htm The bezel around the TV screen has a bevel of about 1/4", so I started it there and wrapped it around the edge. It held good, but after taking the happs bezel on and off a few times the adhesive doesnt hold... probably because the velcro i used is very stiff and not meant for angled surfaces like that. Cosmetically it didn't make any difference, as the happs bezel has its own lip that covered up that part.. and the TV screen isn't obstructed at all.
On the happs bezel I used the fuzzy side of the velcro which is more flexible and can hug the curves.. in the picture you can see the 1/4" or so that sits on the edge and makes contact.
The good thing about mounting the bezel straight to the TV is that you can change its position without having to worry about mounting blocks on your cabinet.
