Supergun problem

Hello,
My supergun's 1 player controller sometimes stops working and then starts working again....none of the buttons work on it but 2 player control always works the problem is only with 1 player controllers sometimes it works perfect and sometimes it completely stops working....why could this be happening ....

Sounds like a bad connection or loose ground on the Player 1 unit.   Check the connector that plugs the controller into the supergun and trace the ground wire thru the controller.  A ground problem could be on the supergun side or the controller side.

Thanks BobA , I checked the connections of ground and then again soldered them but the problem is still there ....

Did you also check the daisy chained ground wire that goes to all the button and joystick grounds?

If you have you could als check the Jamma connector ground that the P1 gnd connects to.
