Had some problems with the ipac. Andy was trying to resolve it over the phone. When this didn't work out he ended up sending me a new board. I wish everybody was staying behind their productsthe way Andy does. :applaud:

Here here. I, too, had some recent problems with mine, and we got it figured out. Some helpful message board users also came in the clutch!  :notworthy:

If I build anymore cabs...Which is inevitable I'm sure. Andy will be the goto guy for my controls.
Good product + Fast Service + Help with any issue = us all coming back fer more!

I have also heard great things about Randy @ GroovyGameGear. Will be trying his stuff eventually. Plus he has that LED stuff going on that I will have to tackle someday.

Is there anywhere else as a 1 stop shop for building a CP? There is that Happ place but that seems like the Walmart version of controls. Andy and Randy are on this forum constantly backing up and helping out with there stuff...does Happ do that? Maybe they do I'm just not aware. If they were on here I would probably shop there for something.

Andy is awesome. I had an IPAC that wouldn't program and after just a little troubleshooting which verified it was the IPAC and not me, Andy sent out a new one right away.  Thanks for everything Andy.

That's cool that Andy is getting so much good feedback (and he did way back too, long time member of good standing on these forums).

I've actually been hanging on an issue with my JPAC though (recently).  Not dissing you here buddy, but are you spam blocking @yahoo.com addresses?  I PM'd you anyway (11/13) so give me a shout when you come across it.  Thanks.

Just to save Andy's name...the other day (the 17th) I received an email from him that he sent on the 14th!  I know it had to get across that pond and everything, but sheesh!  In any case, Andy indicated to me that he is having issues with his email.

are you spam blocking @yahoo.com addresses?
No, we would never spam block anything and risk losing important emails. The main issue we have is all of our information emails such as DHL tracking numbers and order confirmations end up in Hotmail or Yahoo junk mail folders. This seems to be the nature of email these days, spam blocking or "junking" causes more trouble than it saves.
Thanks for the good feedback. I don't always reply to these kind of threads but since a question was asked...
I do read and very much appreciate the feedback though. Makes the long hours worthwhile!
