Late last night I was hooking up my IPAC. Inside of my CP, I actually have a bolt that has a wire that runs to my PCs power supply for ground. I normally hook my wrist strap up to that. Anyway, it was late and I had to get something from across the room (so I unhooked my wrist strap). When I went back to the CP (forgetting to reattach my strap), I touched a switch and got quite a shock

(seemed like more than static). The only wire hooked to the particular button at the time was the ground that runs to the ipac. The computer wasn't on at the time, but the light on the IPAC was on and still was after the shock. I immediately fired up my computer and ran the test program to see if it registered any key presses on the IPAC. Nothing. I unplugged and replugged in the USB connector to the IPAC and that didn't help.
At this point, it was late and I didn't want to make any other mistakes, so I shut everything off and went to bed. I'm going to re-check the wiring to see if there is anything obviously wrong there. Is there anything I can check the IPAC with?
