Couple quick Mala questions

Ok, these may be stupid questions, but I can't seem to figure them out. First, how do I get back into the setup screen once I did the initial ones? I need to change some paths and stuff. Second, the title that comes up for MAME is MAME vers XXXX or something like that. How do I change the title that is displayed in the game lists to just MAME, or even better ARCADE GAMES?

The is a setting in config/mame
You can name it whatever you want
