.bin vs .zip mame rom question...
« on: October 22, 2006, 12:22:19 am »
I've got a bunch of zipped rom files that work great, but a portion of them don't work (they get to about 25% loading, or so, and return to the FE). I've also got a bunch of MS-DOS batch files that are supposed to be roms too, but I can't get them to work and I wanted to use them to suppliment the non working zipped roms.

The problem is: all the games that don't work are the dope ones: altered beast, asteroids, bubble bobble, dig dug, galaga, gauntlet, etc  :timebomb: the list goes on)

Any ideas on how to solve my rom problem?

Use a ROM manager to check your ROMs.
