WANTED: Pub Time Premiere dart board header

I'm looking for a header for a black Pub Time Darts
machine. You can see the header in this image:

Note that the background of the marquee is black. There
is also one with a cream-colored background which I would
also accept, but I really want the black one.

If not the entire header, I could use just the marquee,
or even just a high-res scan of the marquee.
