I want the following...

It has to run on a ps2 and has to run on a split RCA connection.

I am unsure how i want to go about this... but it either needs to be a standalone machine or it needs to be two machines with their backs cut out and put together some how with some door to get inside.

The basic idea is to use it as a tournement machine at a college i plan on going to.  It is going to run street fighter 3: 3rd strike and be free to play to the public.

I am not concerned about buttons/sticks because i can always buy more.

My spending limit is 1200$... and the requirements are below:

2x Tv's 27" (currently own one) (one TV costs like 120$)
Cabinet(s)
Sanwa buttons
Seimitsu sticks
The normal lexan in front of the TV's
Custom Marquees
Ps2 (have this)
RCA splitter able to split it to 3 places (2 tvs, VCR)

So i have 1000$ or so to get
Cabinet(s)
Sanwa buttons (24 buttons)
Seimitsu sticks (4 sticks)
The normal lexan in front of the TV's
Custom Marquees
RCA splitter able to split it to 3 places (2 tvs, VCR)
T-Molding
Door for the cabinet(s)

My first idea is to build two "Mameroom" type cabinets and put them back to back, having the back panels of the machines put together.  One door on one side of the machine to open up with my stuff inside.

2nd idea is to build a cabinet from scratch, pretty big... kinda like 2 of the i forget his name's build... it started with an S i think...  anyway it was a fighter cabinet.

Regardless... i need to know how i can get speakers that arnt on the TV to output the sound... especially 2 sets of speakers goign to output the same exact sound.

I know you guys can help me out, appreciated much
