OK, for some reason I can't seem to find in the documentation how to change the [shift] key to a different key instead of the the number 1. HELP! :dunno

majs, Have you got your shift key working yet?

Amazingly I was able to get it up and running without too much trouble.(which is usually the case) I went to ultimarc website and downloaded the winipac and installed that thing and opened the .exe. After playing around for a bit i was able to change my control panel buttons to do different things.

Play around in that utility and you should get it going. The very top left corner is where you actually program the shift key...Need a screen shot. Don't know how to do that yet.

I got the utility here... http://ultimarc.com/download.html

The last time I tried to use the utiltity it was not detecting it via the windows software provided. Not sure if it was hte PS2 connection or what, but I ended up doing the configuration on a notepad. Anyway, I didn't see a way to change the shift key from there.

I got me a PS2 to USB adapter and hopefully it would work.
I'll give the software another try.
