Is imageshack spyware?
« on: October 12, 2006, 12:53:23 pm »
Everytime someone provides a link to a picture on imageshack - my popup warning blocks a few and a few popunders get through. Trying to get me to click a window that looks like it's going to give me a new desktop wallpaper.

Anyone else have this problem with imageshack? I'm going to quit clicking pics linked back to that site.

I don't get any popups there (using Firefox though), nor have I ever encountered anything malicious there.  Seems like a nice free image hosting service to me.

Every once in a blue moon I get a popup from there with Firefox., but it's free image hosting, so I can't really blame them for the ads.
